Specifications

   Earthquake resistant RCC frame structure of high quality with 6” brick work. Neeru plaster      internally and sand faced plaster externally

Flooring

   Ceramic flooring in pastel shades. 24”X24” size and 12”X12” non skid ceramic tiles in terrace.

     Skirting : 3” high in the same tile.

Windows

  Sliding Powder coated aluminum windows with plain glass and grill.

Doors

   Entrance door one side polished teak veneer.
   Bedroom doors & terrace door to bedroom of size 3’X7’.
   Toilet doors 2’-6”X7’.
   Powder coated aluminum sliding door 6’X7’ with collapsible gate to terrace of living/dining      room.

   Concealed plumbing in GI ‘B’ class pipes or equivalent.
   European W.C. with flush tank and wash basin in toilets.
   All Sanitary fixtures white colour of Parryware/Hindware or equivalent ISI approved. Mixing unit for      Hot/Cold water in toilets.
   All Sanitary fittings and fixtures of good quality, chromium plated A.K. Danum or equivalent make.
   Flooring 12”X12” anti skid ceramic tiles.
   Glazed tiles in wall up to door top height.


Water proofing

   IPS/equivalent water proofing to terrace and toilets.

Electrical Installation

   Internal wiring concealed and in colour coded wires with copper conductors.
   All wires and cables used shall be of ISI mark.
   Fittings shall be of ‘Anchor’ or equivalent make.
   Minimum 3.5 light points per room ( 2 light points, 1 fan point and 1 plug pin on board).
   15 Amp points – 2 in kitchen, 1 in drying balcony.
   5 Amp point for TV in living and 5 Amp point in master bedroom.
   One 3 phase electric meter in each flat.
   One TV and telephone point in living room.


Painting

   Dry distemper internally and cement paint externally.
   Compound wall, fence, gates, overhead and underground water tanks with double pumping      arrangement, general lighting.
